• Reveal + Alignment Session (45–60 min pre-shoot conversation to clarify identity, presence, and creative direction)

• Up to 30 hi-res edited images

• Final image delivery within 7 days of your selections unless otherwise stated in writing

+ Additional edited Images: $20 per photo.

Studio Note: Sessions may take place at REALM Denver Photograph Studio. Studio rental is an additional fee of $250 paid directly to S33N™.

The base investment is for a S33N Studio™ Session is $1,500.

- Major credit cards accepted. Flexible payment options available upon request.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of $750 is required to secure your booking.
This deposit holds your session date(s) and includes the pre-shoot Reveal + Alignment session, as well as initial creative planning.
Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

For clients desiring ongoing creative identity support, monthly content rhythms, and brand congruence across platforms and team, I offer limited Presence Partnership containers.

Its thoughtful design offers a versatile backdrop that feels both aspirational and grounded, allowing us to capture imagery that’s equal parts polished and personal.

Suggested time frame: 2 hours/$250 total

This is all about alignment—so you step into the session grounded, prepared, and fully present.

This Agreement is between S33N™ and the undersigned client ("Client") in connection with the intentional photographic session provided by Ethan Butler.

By participating in this session, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding image rights, usage, and creative ownership:

All images created during the session are the artistic and intellectual property of Ethan Butler, regardless of the operating name, structure, or future disposition of S33N™. This ownership remains irrevocable, and the creative rights are non-transferable.

Ethan Butler, through S33N™, grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images for:

• Personal use (e.g., social media, personal website, printing)

• Professional and commercial use for personal brand, thought leadership, or portfolio (e.g., speaker pages, business profiles, press features)

Note: Images may not be resold, sublicensed, used for third-party advertising campaigns, or altered without written consent. For broader commercial use (e.g., brand partnerships, paid media, merchandising), additional licensing may be negotiated.

S33N™ may use selected images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, or promotional purposes, always in a way that honors the Client’s dignity, presence, and story.

If the session involves sensitive or deeply personal subject matter, the Client may request additional privacy considerations in writing prior to image delivery.

Clients will receive a curated gallery of edited, high-resolution images, delivered digitally. Raw or unedited images are not shared. Any images beyond the included package may be made available for an additional fee of $20 per photo.

The Client agrees not to apply filters, crop, alter, or modify the delivered images in ways that compromise their artistic integrity or misrepresent the vision of the work.

For brand-specific edits, reframes, or re-crops, Ethan Butler is open to direct collaboration or review upon request.

By signing below, the Client confirms understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined above. These terms apply to all creative work produced during the session and remain binding regardless of changes to S33N™'s business status.
