My name is Ethan Butler, and my work exists to restore clarity where leadership begins to drift. I operate as a Chief Architect of Presence & Culture, working with senior leaders, founders, and executives to correct the perceptual distortion that emerges as responsibility grows. The focus is simple and exacting: restoring accurate perception at the individual level, then ensuring that clarity holds as it scales into culture, identity, and environment.
